A. Usage

1. Real Estate Genius, LLC (“REG”) does not make recommendations for the purchase or sale of any investment. REG provides a projection of pro forma results based on assumptions provided by User. This analysis provides a starting point for User’s research process, but does not constitute a comprehensive analysis or recommendation of action. For example, this analysis does not take into account unique state or local taxes and laws, and may not take into account current federal taxes and laws. User agrees not to hold REG responsible for any investing decision made as a result of information gleaned from the Real Estate Genius website. REG recommends that User always consult a lawyer and accountant for review of pro forma projections prior to any investing decision.
2. Access to the Real Estate Genius website is granted for as long as User remains an active subscriber.
3. A subscription to the Real Estate Genius website is valid for one party only. Accounts shared by more than one party may be suspended immediately.
4. It is the User’s responsibility to maintain accurate contact information, particularly email address. REG will issue invoices and payment receipts via email, and will periodically make important announcements via email. Through User’s membership, User grants REG the authority to communicate with User via email for these purposes.
